How is it work for the Tumble belt Shot Blasting Machine

The working principle of the belt shot blasting machine is that after a specified number of workpieces are added into the cleaning chamber, the door is closed and the machine starts. The workpieces are driven by the drum and start to turn over. At the same time, the shot blasting device throws out the bullets at high speed to form a fan beam and hit the surface of the workpieces evenly, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

The projectiles and sand particles thrown out flow through small holes on the track into the bottom screw conveyor, which then transports them into the elevator. The elevator lifts them to the separator for separation. The most advanced full curtain three-stage separation technology is adopted, and the projectiles after efficient separation are recycled.

The dust-containing gas is sucked into the dust collector by the fan and filtered to become clean air, which is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust falls into the dust collection box at the bottom of the dust collector by air reverse blow, and the user can remove it regularly.
