Automatic Steel Plate Pipe Shot Blasting Painting Machine Production Line
The Steel plate is mainly used for surface treatment (namely preheating, rust removal, paint spraying and drying) of steel plate and various structural sections, as well as for cleaning and strengthening of metal structural parts.
The steel plate preservation line is mainly composed of three parts: shot blasting, paint spraying and drying. According to the user's production needs, shot blasting can be performed on a standalone machine, or the continuous operation of preheating, blast cleaning, paint spraying, and drying can berealized. The steel pretreatment line adopts programmable controller PLC to coordinate the work of the whole machine, which greatly improves production efficiency.
1. Shot blasting machine
☆Transportation system:
Roller conveyor system, width: 500-4500mm, load capacity: 300-10000kg.
☆Blast turbine:
Power of motor : 7.5-30kw
Number of turbine: 4-16
☆Intelligent abrasive dosing system:
Service time max 20% longer, energy saved max 30%.
☆Dust collector:
Settling chamber +cartridge-type dust collector
Cartridge filter service time: 5 years
2. Painting booth
The workpieces after derusting enters the painting booth, and sprays the maintenance primer on the workpiece surface through the spray gun installed on the upper and lower painting cars.
3. Dry chamber
The drying chamber is composed of a chamber body, an electric heating device, a fan, a plate chain conveyor, etc. The room is composed of box structure, it can be disassembled if necessary during maintenance. One end of the room body is connected with the spray paint room, V type structure conveyor transport the work piece into the drying room for drying after the spray painting. The V type structure of conveyor synchronous running with the workpieces greatly reduce the contact area with the painted workpieces, which greatly avoid film damage during drying and transportation.
