1. Hook shot blasting machine introduction

Hanger Hook Blast Machines are the ideal all-purpose blasting machines. They are designed to handle mixed loads of medium and large components as well as loads with fragile or irregularly shaped work pieces. They are specifically designed to thoroughly clean work that cannot touch. There is no movement between the work and no part-on-part contact ensuring complete blast coverage without tumbling damage or tangling parts.

A Hanger Hook machine ensures better abrasive coverage by rotating or spinning the hook under the abrasive wheel streams while stopping in multiple positions. 

Versatile, economical, and reliable, the Hanger Hook Blast Machine is designed as an all-purpose blast cleaning unit.

BLAST TURBINES

1. Our blast turbines adopts advanced technology, compared to the old blast turbine, not only improved the efficiency of 20%. also save consumption 20%.
2. Impellor use high-precision CNC machining center made of a one-time processing, high precision which to ensure high-speed operation of balance, low noise and long service time.
3. The blades are easy to assembled and disassembled: because the blades of this blast turbine are inserted from the center of the impeller, and the blades are fixed by centrifugal force during the rotation of the impeller, without clamping tools. The blades can be easily removed from the end. It only takes 5-10 minutes to disassemble 8 blades, also very each to check the condition of control cage and distributor

BLASTING CHAMBER
1. The welding structure of the blasting cabinet is composed of the chamber shell, the roof and the indoor protective plate. There is a screw conveyor at the bottom of the chamber shell, double manual door at the front the chamber. The top track is made of H steel welding. The top channel is protected by a rubber curtain and cover to prevent dust from emerging.
2. The inside is protected by a wear-resistant cast iron guard plate, and blasting wheel is fixed on the side of the chamber.
3. Rubber leakage plate at the bottom protects the screw conveyor
