Wire Mesh Belt Blast Machines are a versatile option designed to blast clean work pieces on two sides in one pass through. Whether it's for heavy duty foundry applications or thin and fragile castings, our Wire Belt Mesh Blast Machines can handle any job.
The blast chamber is bombarded with abrasive stemming from wheels situated both above and below the work as it passes through the chamber. The result is complete blast coverage with superior one pass continuous cleaning without damaging work pieces.
Wire Mesh Belt blast machines, specifically engineered for heavy duty applications in foundry, are equipped with a lower scalping deck and designed in accordance with heavy duty usage philosophy.
Our Wire Mesh Belt blast machines can blast work pieces that require a smooth or shockless pass through, such as flat, thin-walled, and fragile iron or aluminum alloy castings. Due to the position of blast wheels, bending of thin-walled work pieces and tilting of small light parts is avoided. Our machines are also designed to handle the high temperatures of work pieces that have been heat treated.

4. Main Parts of Wire Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine
BLASTING CHAMBER
- Shot blasting chamber is composed of the blasting chamber shell, (roller conveyor in chamber), blast turbines, air outlet, counting system and others.
- The blasting chamber is welded with high-quality steel, and it have rolled Mn13 as guard plate to protect, which is install by riveting, which is durable and easy to maintain. The guard plate directly hit by the steel shot is 10mm thickness. Mn13 steel plate has high impact toughness, which can make full use of the reflected kinetic energy of the projectile and continue to effectively hit the surface of the workpiece, which is conducive to improving the cleaning quality and cleaning efficiency .
BLAST TURBINES
- Our blast turbines adopts advanced technology, compared to the old blast turbine, not only improved the efficiency of 20%. also save consumption 20%.
- Impellor use high-precision CNC machining center made of a one-time processing, high precision which to ensure high-speed operation of balance, low noise and long service time.
- The blades are easy to assembled and disassembled: because the blades of this blast turbine are inserted from the center of the impeller, and the blades are fixed by centrifugal force during the rotation of the impeller, without clamping tools. WIRE MESH BELT CONVEYOR
- Wire mesh belt conveyor speed 0.5~5.0m/min, frequency adjustable.
- The mesh bag woven with rolled Mn13 steel wire has a service life of up to 5 years.
- The net buckle has 30*50, 40*60, 60*90, many types.
- To increase the bearing capacity, a roller bearing shaft is installed at the lower part of the mesh belt.
- The roller shafts in the shot blasting chamber are equipped with replaceable high chromium wear resistant sheathing.
